We are looking for a commercially minded Revenue Analyst to join our Freight Finance team at Team Global Express.
This is a key commercial finance role partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive revenue performance, customer profitability, and data-led decision making across a national network of 30+ branches.
You will play a critical role in turning commercial strategy into financial outcomes, ensuring revenue and volume plans are accurately translated into branch-level execution and performance.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to improve customer profitability and revenue performance
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support commercial decision making
- Translate national revenue and volume plans into branch-level targets across 30+ locations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyse customer, product, and branch performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide meaningful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Drive alignment between Sales, Product, and Operations to improve execution consistency
- Improved customer profitability visibility and margin performance
- Accurate forecasting and strong alignment between plan and execution
- Consistent branch-level performance across the national network
- Clear insights that directly influence commercial and operational decisions

You are a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and turning data into insight.
You Will Bring
- Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or analytical roles
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships
- Strong business acumen, ideally in a logistics, freight, or multi-site environment
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, practical insights
- A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail
