Fair profile

The candidate holds a high-value job title (Software Architect) and has significant experience at the Lead level, which are strong positives. However, the profile suffers critically from two major issues: a severe lack of specific technical skills listed and the complete absence of a resume or professional links. The skills section is too generic ('ai engineering', 'software engineering') for an Architect role, failing to demonstrate the depth required for senior positions. Additionally, the missing resume means there is no evidence of work history, project scale, or concrete achievements to validate the summary. The lack of LinkedIn or GitHub links further reduces credibility and discoverability. To improve market value, the candidate must provide a detailed resume, expand the skills section with specific technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Java, Python), and include professional portfolio links.

How to improve

The current summary is well-written but contains a pronoun inconsistency ('Neth' vs 'She') and lacks quantifiable metrics. It should be rewritten in the first person ('I am...') or consistently in the third person if that is the preferred format, but it must be unified. Crucially, add specific years of experience, key technologies mastered (e.g., '10+ years in cloud-native architecture using AWS and Azure'), and quantify achievements (e.g., 'reduced deployment time by 40%'). Replace vague terms like 'various programming languages' with specific stacks relevant to enterprise modernization.
