Sushanti

About

I am a Quality Engineering professional with 10+ years of experience in manual testing, UI and API automation, QA leadership, and end-to-end quality ownership. I have worked across EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, and Mortgage domains, and in my recent role at PhysicsWallah, I worked as an SDET-3 with responsibilities spanning individual contribution, automation, leadership, mentoring, and release management. My current career goal is to grow into a strong Senior SDET, QA Lead, or QA Manager role where I can combine my technical expertise with leadership and contribute to building reliable, scalable products. I am actively strengthening my skills in Java, Selenium, REST Assured, API automation, SQL, and AI-assisted testing, while looking for opportunities with global teams and remote work. Beyond my career, my goal is to build financial independence and create a life that gives me freedom, stability, and personal space. I also want to explore my creative side through art, content creation, fashion, travel, and storytelling. I want to develop my own artistic identity, build a meaningful personal brand, and eventually create multiple sources of income. Overall, I am working toward a life where I can grow professionally, remain financially independent, stay curious and creative, and have the freedom to choose the kind of work and lifestyle that genuinely suits me.
