Needs work

This profile is currently non-viable for the global job market due to critical missing information and a lack of professional substance. The candidate lists 'Junior' experience but explicitly states they are 'Non experienced,' which creates a contradiction that undermines credibility. The skills section contains only one generic term ('sales'), lacking any specific methodologies, tools, or industries. Most critically, there is no resume provided, resulting in a zero score for that category and making it impossible to verify any claims. The links section is empty, offering no proof of work or professional identity. To improve, the candidate must first obtain actual entry-level experience or internships, create a detailed resume highlighting transferable skills (communication, negotiation, customer service), and populate their professional links (LinkedIn). Without these foundational elements, the candidate cannot compete effectively.

How to improve

The current summary 'Non experienced but open to it' is detrimental to job applications as it highlights a negative trait rather than potential. It should be rewritten to focus on eagerness to learn, foundational soft skills, and career goals. Here are three improved options:
Option 1 (Focus on Soft Skills):
'Motivated and enthusiastic individual seeking an entry-level Sales position. Possesses strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers. Eager to launch a career in sales with a company that values drive and continuous learning.'
Option 2 (Focus on Transferable Experience):
'Recent graduate/entry-level professional with a background in [mention relevant field, e.g., customer service or retail]. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and resolve issues. Looking to leverage interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic in a Junior Sales role.'
Option 3 (Short & Professional):
'Aspiring Sales Professional dedicated to achieving targets and building client relationships. Quick learner with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth in the Sales & Business sector.'
