This remote position requires effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across locations, using digital tools and platforms.

  • Employee relations and performance management capabilities, including resolving workplace issues, supporting feedback processes, and fostering engagement.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies relevant to financial services or professional services environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate across teams and cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); experience with remote collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a part-time role and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
