.* ✅ Have strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
.* ✅ Be self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
.* ✅ Be comfortable working independently in a commission-only environment
.* ✅ Have the ability to turn cold prospects into paying clients

Cold-calling experience is essential. Proven closing ability is highly preferred
