What You'll Do

• Evaluate and establish governance standards that ensure hospital health records are accurate, consistent, and secure
• Work across clinical, IT, compliance, and leadership functions to align data policies and workflows
• Identify gaps in data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance and recommend clear remediation paths
• Enable governed, high-quality health data to support patient care, reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making
• Apply your domain expertise to help AI systems better understand the nuances of clinical and operational health data
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, data management, or clinical data operations
• Deep understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
• Naturally detail-oriented and systematic — you don't let data inconsistencies slide
• Strong written communicator who can translate complex governance concepts into clear, actionable guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with EHR platforms, clinical data warehouses, or health information exchanges
• Background in health informatics, clinical coding, or medical records management
• Exposure to AI tools or data labeling workflows
