About the Role
As an Expedition Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for managing enquiries and converting sales for a range of unique expedition voyages. You will work closely with clients to design tailored travel experiences, offering expert advice on destinations such as polar regions, remote islands, and culturally rich off-the-beaten-path locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert to sales
- Provide expert advice on expedition cruise products and destinations
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Create customised itineraries tailored to individual client needs
- Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer service
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in travel consulting (cruise experience highly regarded)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Passion for adventure and experiential travel
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
