Backed by innovation and data-driven strategies, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Manager to lead our paid media and eCommerce efforts with our agency!!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Senior Performance Manger, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms. You’ll lead a team of specialists, collaborate with clients to define KPIs and budgets, and implement cutting-edge tactics to optimise performance. You’ll also leverage analytics, attribution modelling, and automation tools to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- At least 4 years’ experience in performance marketing within an agency or high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and eCommerce
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large budgets
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
