Company Description Finwell Group Pty Ltd is a family-owned business that supports clients across financial planning, mortgage broking, self-managed superannuation, and property investment advice. The team draws on lived experience, having progressed from modest backgrounds to building wealth through practical, tested strategies. Finwell focuses on helping clients clarify their purpose, identify the right approach, and apply proven methods to reach their financial goals. The company is committed to improving the financial wellbeing of Australians while respecting that clients’ time and circumstances are unique. Team members share a collaborative, client-centered culture that values authenticity and long-term relationships.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Planner. The Financial Planner will work with clients to understand their goals, assess their financial situation, and develop tailored financial plans covering cash flow management (we have a well-grooved system for this), wealth creation, debt management, superannuation, and property investment strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings (virtual), preparing and presenting Statements of Advice, reviewing investment and retirement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. The role involves ongoing monitoring of client portfolios, updating plans as circumstances change, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. We have a strong tech stack that integrates well with financial planning processes, supporting ease of administration. Importantly, an experienced paraplanning team curates plans. The Financial Planner will collaborate with other professionals in the business who will provide qualified leads to deliver integrated solutions and a seamless client experience.
