Compensation: $50 - $105/hour

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review designs and briefs to judge layout, readability, and brief match.
- Explain design decisions in writing for clarity and understanding.
- Evaluate graphic and editorial design work for effectiveness and alignment with briefs.
- Check design elements such as hierarchy, spacing, type choices, and color.
- Identify production issues like wrong format, low resolution, and print color problems.
- Professional work as a graphic designer, editorial designer, layout designer, publication designer, art director, or brand designer.
- Daily use of professional tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Experience with real jobs including briefs, revisions, production files, and delivery to a client or publisher.
- Comfort explaining why one design works and another doesn t.
- Clear written English.
