Company Description AU Money Group is designed for finance brokers who want to build and grow their business with practical, end-to-end support. The group brings together broker technology, lender-access pathways, compliance guidance, workflow support, training, marketing resources, scenario assistance, and broader business support aligned to the customer journey. Brokers can operate under the AU Money Group brand or retain their own business brand, subject to an agreed arrangement and onboarding discussion. The onboarding process explores a broker’s experience, qualifications, focus areas, operating model, and goals, with support and technology tailored accordingly and no guarantees of lender access or business outcomes. AU Money Group, a business name of Gold Protection Services Pty Ltd, works within an authorised credit framework to help customers explore vehicle, business, equipment, commercial, and personal finance solutions, subject to eligibility and lender assessment.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Broker with AU Money Group. The Finance Broker will support customers across vehicle, business, equipment, commercial, and personal finance by assessing needs, researching suitable products, and structuring finance solutions aligned with responsible lending requirements. Day-to-day activities include managing the customer journey from initial enquiry to settlement, preparing and submitting applications, coordinating with lenders, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with compliance standards. The role also involves using AU Money Group technology platforms, participating in training and mentoring, collaborating on scenarios with the support team, and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives to grow a sustainable portfolio. The Finance Broker will engage with the broader broker network, apply workflow guidance, and uphold professional and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
