About The Role

We are partnering with a major Australian telecommunications provider to recruit a delivery-focused Senior Product Designer. You will join a high-impact squad redesigning their core B2B self-service platform—a vital portal used by medium-sized businesses to manage orders, requests, billing, and services.

Working alongside a Strategic UX Lead who drives macro-strategy, you will act as the squad’s execution lead—translating strategic frameworks into pixel-perfect, highly functional web UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface Design: Own tactical end-to-end design across the Home Page and Products & Services portal.
  • Figma & Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable UI components, interaction patterns, state mappings, and dev-ready assets.
  • Squad Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Strategic UX to turn complex business logic into intuitive web flows.
  • Engineering Handover: Produce clear, comprehensive design specifications for seamless developer handoff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Balanced UI/UX Skillset: Strong visual design (UI) foundations backed by pragmatic user flow and interaction design capabilities.
  • Complex Web & B2B Focus: Demonstrated experience designing enterprise web platforms, complex portals, or data-dense dashboards.
  • Craft & Precision: Obsessive attention to edge cases, system states, design systems, and component architecture in Figma.
  • Squad-First Mindset: Calm, dependable, and low-ego. You thrive on execution, collaboration, and delivering solid output within an agile team.
