You will support the Stronger Starts recruitment model, ensuring consistent processes, culturally respectful candidate care, and high-quality hiring outcomes that strengthen our workforce and communities. What your day will look like, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles.
  • Preparing job advertisements, interview guides and recruitment documentation.
  • Liaising with hiring managers, panel members and community representatives.
  • Managing candidate communication, interview scheduling and referee checks.
  • Supporting onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and inductions.
  • Maintaining accurate records across recruitment systems and tracking progress.
  • Ensuring recruitment activities align with the Stronger Starts model and timelines.
  • Providing culturally respectful candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process.

You have the ability to build effective working relationships with managers, panel members and community stakeholders, and take pride in delivering a positive and respectful candidate experience. You are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with recruitment systems while maintaining accurate data and documentation. Importantly, you demonstrate cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively within diverse and remote community environments. You Will Bring

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with managers, panel members and community stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering a positive and respectful candidate experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence working across systems with accurate data and documentation management.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across diverse and remote communities.

Other Requirements

  • Criminal History Check (recent, within 3 months).
  • A current Working with Children’s Card (Ochre Card).
  • A current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
