🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations.
• Generate HR reports and maintain confidential employee information securely.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
• Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or HR-related experience is advantageous but not required.
