🗂 We’re Hiring: HR Support Officer – Australia Only (Entry / Junior Level)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions, helping to ensure efficient people processes and a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a rewarding career in Human Resources.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel documentation.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations.

• Generate HR reports and maintain confidential employee information securely.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.

• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

• Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or HR-related experience is advantageous but not required.
