Natraj IT Solutions is an Australian AI company building BarberIQ — a booking and client management platform designed specifically for barbers and barbershops.

We're in pilot mode, testing the product with real barbers across Australia. This is early-stage, fast-moving, and focused on validation before we scale.

The Role

We need a native Australian sales consultant to introduce BarberIQ to local barbers through cold outreach.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound (cold) calls to barbers and barbershops in your area
• Introduce BarberIQ in a friendly, conversational way (no aggressive sales)
• Book short demos or onboard barbers into the pilot program
• Collect real feedback from barbers during conversations
• Represent BarberIQ and Natraj IT Solutions professionally

This is a commission-based pilot role. Your job is to get BarberIQ in front of barbers, get them using it, and help us learn what works.

Compensation20% RECURRING COMMISSION for every barber you onboard

• Commission paid as long as the barber remains active (no earning cap)
• Commission-only during the pilot phase (no base salary while we test and validate)
• Strong performers may transition into a long-term role with a base + commission structure as we scale

Who We're Looking For

• Native Australian speaker (essential for credibility with local barbers)
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to small business owners
• Experience with barbers, salons, tradies, or local service businesses is a plus
• Confident, respectful, and conversational (not pushy or scripted)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Interested in early-stage startups with long-term upside potential

Important to Know

This is a pilot/testing role:

• We're validating the product with real barbers
• Commission-only structure during this phase
• Flexible hours, work remotely
• You'll have autonomy to test approaches and refine your pitch
• Direct line to the product team for feedback and improvements

If you perform well and the product gains traction, there's opportunity to grow into a permanent sales role as we expand.
