The Role
As our Social Media Creative Strategist / Account Manager, you’ll sit at the sweet spot between strategy, creativity, and client leadership.
You’ll own accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution, making sure every brand you touch shows up confidently, consistently, and on point.
This role is part creative brain, part people person, part organised legend. You'll be working remotely, so also the ability to work autonomously and take initiative is a huge yes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading social media strategy for a portfolio of retainer clients
- Translating brand strategy into scroll-stopping content ideas (and noooo, whilst we love AI, we're not talking about punching into Chat GPT "please give us content ideas." We want human brains here!)
- Managing client relationships
- Briefing creatives and collaborating with our internal team
- Reviewing content for quality, alignment, and ✨elite vibes✨
- Keeping projects, timelines, and deliverables running smoothly
- Spotting opportunities, trends, and ways to elevate each account
- Helping clients feel looked after, not managed
This Is For You If…
- You have 2–4+ years experience in social media, content, or account management
- You understand strategy, not just aesthetics
- You can confidently guide clients (without being a jerk about it)
- You’re organised, proactive, and hate things slipping through the cracks
- You love brands with personality and founders with opinions
- You can juggle multiple accounts without spiralling
- You give a sh*t about the work you put into the world
