🗂 We’re Hiring: Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will work closely with department leaders and HR teams to identify training needs, develop effective learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives for employees across various functions.

Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Create engaging learning materials, presentations, e-learning content, and training resources.

Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Provide coaching and performance support to employees and teams to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives.

Support leadership development, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.

Maintain training records, learning documentation, and development reports.

Stay updated on learning technologies, instructional design trends, and best practices in corporate training.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development throughout the organization.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Experience in training delivery, instructional design, coaching, or learning and development.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and performance improvement techniques.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to assess training effectiveness and analyze performance data.

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Professional certifications in training, coaching, HR, or learning and development are an advantage.
