🖥️ We’re Hiring: Service Desk Analyst

📍 Remote (Australia)🕒 Full-Time💼 Level: Analyst (Junior–Mid-Level)We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, helping users, and working in a structured, remote-first IT support environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, or chat
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams when required
  • Monitor, update, and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
  • Assist with basic network, system, and application support tasks
  • Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Deliver clear, professional communication to end users

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–3+ years)

  • Experience in IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or related roles (internships included)
  • Understanding of operating systems, common business applications, and IT support processes
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

General Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
