Role Description

A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role provides technical or service-related support and helps maintain strong relationships between the company and its customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to products or services
• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
• Recording and managing customer interactions in support systems or CRM platforms
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for service improvement
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Assisting with customer onboarding and product guidance when required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or client support roles is an advantage
