We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Assigned Support Engineer to provide ongoing technical assistance to assigned clients or internal teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring reliable system performance in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assigned clients or internal users.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for support requests and issue resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Document technical problems, solutions, and support activities in ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and support resources.

  • 0–2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or related internships/projects.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
