Email Designer

We are looking for a specialist Freelance Email Designer to lead the redesign and technical build of a global workforce solution's freelancer and client-facing email ecosystem.

This role requires a unique "hybrid" skill set: someone who can design high-end, professional UI and then hand-code it into a bulletproof HTML template.

The Project: You need to redesign and build approximately 25 to 50 functional, transactional emails. The goal is to move away from "standard automated" looks to a sophisticated, branded experience. You will be responsible for creating a robust Master Template that ensures scalability and flawless rendering across all mail clients (including the tricky ones like Outlook Desktop).

What we’re looking for:

• Email UI/UX Experts: You design with hierarchy and conversion in mind.
• HTML/CSS Wizards: You write clean, table-based HTML and use VML for Outlook compatibility.
• Master Template Architecture: You build modular systems, not just one-off designs.
• Testing Rigor: Proficiency in Litmus or Email on Acid is a must.

• Operating remotely from NSW, VICTORIA OR TASMANIA

Dates required:

• Start date Tuesday 10th March for approx. 2 weeks
