🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Track budgets, project scope, and KPIs
• Lead regular meetings, report progress, and manage documentation

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in project management (IT, business, or operations)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Able to work independently and manage remote teams
