🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams
• Remove blockers and optimise team workflow
• Ensure delivery is on track in terms of scope, time, and quality
• Track and report sprint metrics and team performance

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
• Able to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
• Must be based in Australia and have valid work rights

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
• Experience in digital product delivery or software development projects
• Familiarity with hybrid project management environments (Agile + traditional)
