🔍 Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and help drive execution across multiple initiatives.

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Document project updates, meeting notes, and status reports
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation planning
• Support resource planning and project documentation workflows

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Trello)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• PMP/CAPM certification or relevant training is a plus
