Role Overview

Vouchermatic is seeking experienced Whitepaper and Thought Leadership Writers to develop high-quality, research-driven content that positions our brand as a trusted authority in digital incentives, customer engagement, and loyalty solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or B2B content writing, with proven expertise in producing insightful, engaging, and data-backed whitepapers and long-form thought leadership articles for decision-makers in Retail, CPG, and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and business challenges
• Develop original whitepapers and long-form thought leadership articles
• Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and professional narratives
• Maintain a consistent, authoritative tone aligned with Vouchermatic’s brand voice
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for topic alignment and feedback

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in writing SaaS or B2B whitepapers and thought leadership content
• Strong research, analytical, and storytelling capabilities
• Domain knowledge in Retail, CPG, or Hospitality is highly preferred
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Engagement Model

• Fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours
• Compensation on a per-article basis
