Social Media Manager – Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media Manager to support the launch of a new haircare beauty brand focused on the LGBTQ community. The role involves planning, designing, and executing marketing campaigns and content strategies across major platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring a successful product launch in June/July 2026. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in launching beauty brands, a keen eye for content trends, and a passion for inclusive marketing. Deliverables

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the brand launch.
• Design and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, and reels.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
• Collaborate on creative direction, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s style and values.
• Engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and respond to audience interactions.
• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and growth metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for beauty or lifestyle brands, with a portfolio of successful launches.
• Expertise in content creation, campaign planning, and paid advertising on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of current trends in beauty marketing and the LGBTQ community.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
