Content Creator – Women’s Health Instagram

This role centers on developing and executing a thoughtful Instagram content strategy for a premium women’s wellness brand dedicated to supporting women over 40. The focus is on creating emotionally intelligent, respectful, and engaging content that addresses sensitive topics around intimacy and wellness. The ideal candidate will generate weekly content ideas, write captions and scripts, and guide the creation of Reels, static posts, and carousels. The audience is mature, seeking relief and dignity, so content must avoid typical sex-positive marketing and instead foster trust and empathy. Collaboration to refine messaging based on performance is essential, with a reels-first approach and a cadence of 3–5 posts per week. Experience in women’s health, wellness, or psychology-driven content is highly valued. Deliverables

• Develop weekly Instagram content ideas tailored to women aged 42–62
• Write captions and short-form scripts for posts and Reels
• Create or guide simple visual content (Reels, static posts, carousels)
• Collaborate to refine messaging based on content performance
• Maintain a consistent, respectful, and empathetic brand voice
• Ensure content aligns with wellness and women’s health themes
• Plan and schedule 3–5 posts per week with a focus on Reels

Requirements

• Proven experience creating Instagram content for mature or wellness-focused audiences
• Exceptional writing skills with a calm, human, and emotionally intelligent tone
• Ability to generate creative, scroll-stopping content ideas
• Understanding of Instagram best practices, especially for Reels
• Experience in women’s health, wellness, or psychology-driven content is a plus
• Strong visual communication skills; ability to create or direct simple visuals
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Availability for ongoing monthly work if successful
• Based in or familiar with the US market
