Freelance Recruiter

Join a growing alternative health provider near London as a freelance recruiter, supporting the expansion into podiatry services. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging qualified podiatrists for a full-time position within a UK-based clinic. You will leverage your recruitment expertise to identify candidates who are already residing in the UK, ensuring they meet all professional and legal requirements for employment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK talent landscape. Deliverables

• Identify and source qualified podiatrists residing in the UK with the right to work.
• Screen candidates for HCPC registration and relevant experience.
• Reach out to potential candidates via LinkedIn, professional groups, and job boards.
• Share detailed information about the full-time podiatrist opportunity.
• Collect and organize candidate details for review.
• Facilitate introductions between interested candidates and the hiring team, ensuring all parties are fully informed.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment, preferably within the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment regulations and professional registration requirements (HCPC).
