Role Description

This is a contract-based , flexible and remote role for a Career Coach for women earning 150-250k. The Career Coach will provide personalised career coaching and development services to clients. Responsibilities include guiding clients through career transitions, crafting resumes and cover letters, offering tailored career advice, preparing for interviews, and building confidence. The role also involves conducting virtual consultations, creating actionable career plans, and helping clients achieve their professional goals through coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Job Coaching and Career Counselling with a proven ability to guide clients through career transitions, pivots, or advancements.
• Expertise in Career Development and Interview Preparation to support clients in crafting effective resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating career decisions confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to connect with clients, convey concepts effectively, and build confident client relationships.
• Experience with coaching or counselling frameworks and a demonstrated ability to empower individuals for professional growth.
• Familiarity with effective job search strategies and understanding of hiring trends across industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or career coaching is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working remotely while maintaining a high level of client engagement.
