Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Specialist based in Australia.
As a CRM Specialist, you will manage and optimise retention marketing systems, oversee retention marketing activities & directly manage DTC Klaviyo accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of CRM campaigns and projects, while enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Klaviyo for DTC brands
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy
- Excellent Communication & Project Management skills for client collaboration
- Proven knowledge of retention marketing strategies
- Project Management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and multi-faceted campaigns
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Relevant experience in ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus
- 1+ year working in a marketing agency
