Project Management Officer

We’re growing our team at TUNDRA Resource Analytics — and we’re looking for a high-calibre PMO professional to join us. This is not your typical PMO role. We are not necessarily seeking an experienced PMO but instead someone with exceptional organisational and stakeholder engagement skills and a background that can contribute to our team. Our PMO team supports clients through M&A, business transformation, cost-out programs, and performance improvement initiatives across the resources, energy, manufacturing, transportation and broader industrial sectors. Our diversely skills resources sit at the centre of these engagements, driving structure, clarity, momentum, producing impeccable, clear slidedecks, leading stakeholder workshops, expertly capturing actions, risks, dependencies. We’re looking for someone who: - Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments - Brings exceptional organisation, discipline, and attention to detail - Is willing to shape approach, tools, methodologies, activities around what is truly required and value-add to the client - Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and project teams - Is commercially minded, can bring their experience to the table, is willing to deeply learn the content, industry and subject matter of a project and dip into execution where required - Has a diverse career background — engineering, finance, consulting, industry, operations... we're open to you showing us how your career history and skills are relevant You might be an experienced PMO professional, be a consultant who loves the engine room of delivery, or someone who has built strong project discipline in a different environment and wants to apply it in a more dynamic setting.
