What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, and cap table modeling
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales — that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness
• Identify and Fix Failure Modes — Spot errors in AI reasoning such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or flawed macroeconomic assumptions, and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Stress-Test AI Models — Challenge advanced language models on corporate finance, organizational behavior, market strategy, and operations to expose gaps and sharpen their reasoning

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-quality written recommendations
• Highly precise when working with financial formulas, data interpretation, and the logic of business arguments
• Detail-oriented and methodical — you notice when something doesn't add up
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience writing or evaluating case studies at a professional or academic level
