About the Role

Credit Fixx Loans is expanding, and we are looking for experienced and driven Mortgage Brokers to join our growing network across Australia.

This role is suited to brokers who want flexibility, strong support, and access to a consistent flow of credit-impaired and complex clients who are ready to move forward with the right strategy.

As part of our ecosystem, you will work closely with our credit repair division, allowing you to assist clients who may not be ready today but can become lendable with the right approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end home loan applications from enquiry through to settlement

• Structure and place deals across residential, investment, refinancing, and alt-doc lending

• Work with credit-impaired and complex clients, providing tailored lending strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and personal branding

• Collaborate with our sister company - credit repair team to maximise client outcomes

• Maintain compliance standards and stay updated with lender policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage broking or finance industry

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (required)

• Strong understanding of lender policies, servicing, and deal structuring

• Experience working with non-conforming or credit-impaired clients is highly regarded but not mandatory

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated with a business growth mindset
