Fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to help businesses solve real-world problems are now looking for a high-performing Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
You will be focused on developing proactive, data-driven customer engagements to strengthen relationships, deliver continuous value, and strategically drive retention and expansion opportunities within key accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities through the development of strategic account plans within your assigned customer base.
- Monitor customer usage data and health scores to proactively mitigate against any churn risks within key accounts.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to become their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular check ins and Business Reviews to track progress against success plans and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
- Utilise data insights to help customers maximise the value of products and solutions.
- Educate customers on best practices, industry trends, and new product features to enhance adoption and engagement.
Candidates MUST have
- Tertiary qualifications in: Business, marketing or related field (not mandatory)
- Minimum three years' experience in a customer success or professional, client focused account servicing role, preferably within a SaaS business and ideally, within the Disability and Aged Care services sector
- Deep understanding of Disability and Aged Care sector (ideal)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed customer retention and expansion targets
- Proven ability to liaise successfully with in-house and external cross-functional teams
