This is a brand with serious momentum. They’ve nailed the product, built a strong online presence, and are growing fast. Now they’re ready to scale - and they’re looking for someone to take full ownership of paid performance and push things to the next level.
Working directly with the founders to drive the next phase of growth — including upcoming expansion into the US, Canada, and UK.
What the role looks like:
You’ll lead all things paid performance, managing over $1M/month across key platforms:
- Meta
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Snapchat
You’ll be in-platform, building, optimising, scaling. Not briefing it out, not handing it off - doing the work and driving the results. You’ll also collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing assets that actually convert, not just look good.
It’s a lean team with strong support, clear priorities, and zero red tape. You’ll have the space and trust to do what you do best.
You’ll thrive there if:
- You’ve managed significant media spend (ideally $1M+ a month)
- You’ve worked in Ecommerce, ideally fashion or lifestyle
- You know your way around Triple Whale and performance analytics
- You’re hands-on, commercial, and move fast
- You want the chance to shape something from the ground up
