We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to help translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support project delivery through data analysis and reporting.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to implement solutions.
• Validate solutions and ensure requirements are met.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
