About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-driven Bookkeeper who thrives in a compliance-focused environment, enjoys building strong professional relationships and is highly skilled with MYOB and Xero.

You’ll work closely with our collaborative team to manage a portfolio of clients, including payroll, and month-end management reporting.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) — ideal for someone seeking a consistent, flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping in Xero and MYOB
• Payroll, BAS/IAS preparation
• Month-end journals, accruals, and management reporting
• Reviewing and “rescuing” new client files to bring them up to compliance
• Liaising directly with clients and auditors to maintain accuracy and compliance

About You

• Minimum 5+ years’ bookkeeping experience
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting/Registered BAS Agent
• Highly skill with MYOB and Xero
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and directly with clients
