We are seeking an Operations Director to serve as the driving force behind organisational performance, stability, and scale. Responsibilities

• Lead and align Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Finance to ensure unified execution of priorities.
• Maintain operational rhythms including KPI reviews, huddles, scorecards, and OKR tracking.
• Oversee the full client journey, ensuring strong service standards, retention, and predictable outcomes.
• Optimise workflows, systems, SOPs, and reporting structures across the business.
• Manage AR operations, budget controls, and financial governance.
• Coach and develop leaders, reinforcing performance standards and capacity planning.
• Handle escalations, risk management, compliance, and early detection of operational issues.
• Support strategic planning and ensure alignment between long-term goals and operational capabilities.

• Proven experience leading operations in high-growth environments.
• Strong capability in systems thinking, cross-department alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Commercially sharp, calm under pressure, and highly execution-focused.
• Skilled in building structure, solving problems, and maintaining high accountability.
• Deep understanding of how Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Success interconnect.
