🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer and user experience projects across different industries
• Assist in mapping customer journeys, service ecosystems, and experience touchpoints
• Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and workshop support activities
• Analyse insights to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to develop experience solutions
• Contribute to presentations, reports, and client deliverables
• Help facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions (as experience grows)

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, UX, service design, research, or relevant internships/projects
• Interest in customer experience, service design, or digital transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights
