Short-Form Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer (Remote – Part-time/Freelance)Project: Make American $hit Again – a short-form 2D animated satire series mocking Trump and US politics. Published on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Content is fast, bold, and political.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching thumbnails, memes, posters, and text-based graphics
• Create graphic assets to support animation and video teams
• Work with content creatives to visualise jokes, satire, and political punchlines
• Design for mobile-first formats (portrait, 9:16)
• Keep files organised in shared folders (Google Drive, Notion, etc)

Requirements:

• Skilled with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
• Strong visual sense with bold layouts and political/meme humour
• Good English to understand scripts and visual context
• Understands US pop culture, meme trends, political symbolism
• Responsive and meets tight deadlines

Bonus if you have:

• Experience designing graphics for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels
• Interest in political satire or editorial-style visuals
• Experience working in a content or media team

Salary:

• Paid per design or deliverable
• Rates follow freelance standards
• No fixed salary – flexible, based on work volume and quality
