Payroll Analyst

Our client Our client is a leading organisation within the insurance industry. With their strong presence across multiple regions, they are looking for a motivated and proactive Payroll Analyst to join their team. The organisation offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment, investing heavily in employee development and well-being.    Key responsibilities Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

• Reconciling payroll accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Improving payroll processes and systems
• Ensure payroll compliance with legislation, tax and superannuation
• Supporting audit and compliance reports
• Provide support to the operational team with BAU activities

   Ideal candidate

• Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst
• Proficiency in payroll systems including iChris/Chris21 and Workday
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
