Our client Our client is a leading organisation within the insurance industry. With their strong presence across multiple regions, they are looking for a motivated and proactive Payroll Analyst to join their team. Key responsibilities Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Reconciling payroll accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Improving payroll processes and systems
- Ensure payroll compliance with legislation, tax and superannuation
- Supporting audit and compliance reports
- Provide support to the operational team with BAU activities
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst
- Proficiency in payroll systems including iChris/Chris21 and Workday
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
