Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role We're looking for experienced entrepreneurship instructors and business educators to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startup strategy, business planning, and early-stage innovation. Your real-world expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates entrepreneurial thinking — making a meaningful impact on the next generation of AI tools used by founders, educators, and investors.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance
• Evaluate business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies against real-world standards
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves the quality and usefulness of AI outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and early-stage decision-making
• Able to critically evaluate written business plans and strategic scenarios
• Comfortable delivering applied, real-world feedback in a structured format
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• MBA or graduate degree with an entrepreneurship or business focus
• Experience as a founder, startup advisor, or venture mentor
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
