As our Customer Advocacy Coordinator, you’ll be working as part of the broader Customer Marketing team and will be instrumental in turning our happy customers into loud voices that fuel our growth and validate our mission to make employment more rewarding for everyone.
This role is the bridge between customer insight and product improvement, ensuring we are sharper as a marketing team by amplifying the authentic experiences of both our new and existing customers.
Your key focus areas will be
- Closing the feedback loop: Giving our customers a voice within our customer community, Hero Connect, to ensure we remain a porous and responsive business.
- Supercharging Hero Heights: Scaling our Customer Reference Call program by implementing new processes and tooling to make social proof a competitive advantage.
- Storytelling: Identifying and nurturing our most engaged customers to become powerful case studies of how Employment Hero has made employment more valuable for them.
This will include
- Advocacy Tooling Management: Administering and scaling our advocacy platforms (including Circle) to drive efficiency and reach.
- Community Moderation: Actively monitoring forums to ensure constructive dialogue and identifying sentiment trends.
- Cross-Functional Escalation: Partnering with Support and Product teams to resolve customer frustrations and close the feedback loop.
- Case Study Development: Identifying advocates and conducting interviews to produce compelling success stories for the business.
- Internal Program Promotion: "Selling" the Hero Heights program to Sales and Marketing to increase internal adoption and usage of customer references.
- AI-Driven Scaling: Utilising AI tools to automate workflows, analyse sentiment, and grow our advocacy programs without increasing manual headcount.
