Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily activities, provide personal care, and support their overall well-being. Core duties include helping clients with grooming, bathing, meal preparation, and mobility, as well as monitoring their health and providing companionship to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and proficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living
• Strong Patient Care and Personal Care skills to address client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and their families
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is a plus
• Relevant certification or training in caregiving or home health services is preferred
