Career Confidence Co is a fast-growing coaching business helping ambitious women land better jobs, earn more money, communicate with confidence and completely level up the way they show up in their careers.

We’re an all-female team working remotely across Australia and honestly… the vibe matters a lot here.

On average, we see 5+ women per week land job offers, often within 30 days to 10 weeks, with an average salary increase of $33K.Our clients join because they want a new job…after redundancy, a toxic boss or making a pivot in their careers.

We’re currently supporting 95+ active clients and growing quickly, which is why we’re hiring our second Assistant Coach.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who can coach women with both empathy AND high standards.

This is not a hand-holding role.

You need to know how to:

• challenge people
• build confidence
• give direct feedback
• hold accountability
• help women articulate their value
• coach someone through fear, self-doubt and career transitions
• balance support with “okay babe, now take the action”

You’ll work closely with me (Ash – founder), our CSM and the wider team while managing your own client portfolio.

You’ll coach women across all different industries including:

• government
• finance
• marketing
• communications
• project management
• strategy
• events
• product
• UX/UI
• risk & governance
• operations
• HR
• tech
• and more.

A lot of our clients are high-achieving women who KNOW they’re capable of more but need strategy, confidence, positioning and accountability to actually make the move.

We coach women to become more articulate, confident, self-aware and proactive in their careers.

THE ROLE

You’ll manage approximately 30–70 active clients at one time.

Your role includes:

• 1:1 coaching calls
• interview prep
• career clarity coaching
• job search strategy
• confidence and communication coaching
• Slack support and accountability
• detailed feedback and next steps after sessions
• regular check-ins and celebrating client wins

You’ll use our frameworks, tools and coaching systems while bringing your own personality, emotional intelligence and leadership to the role.

WHO ARE YOU?

You’ve likely come from a background in:

• Career Coaching
• HR/ learning & development
• talent acquisition
• leadership development
• or another people-focused role where communication, confidence and strategy mattered.

You’re confident coaching and communicating with high-performing women and know how to balance empathy with accountability.You’re also comfortable working within our frameworks, systems and methodologies. We already have proven tools, coaching structures and approaches that get results , we want someone who can bring their own strengths while aligning with how we coach inside Career Confidence Co.

Most importantly:you communicate REALLY well.

You can:

• coach someone through self-doubt into action

You’re someone who backs themselves.

You know how to sell yourself, communicate your value and hold strong presence in conversations , because that’s exactly what we teach our clients to do too.
