Job Description

About Investability
Investability is a founder-led investor relations and capital markets communications firm working with a select group of ASX-listed and pre-IPO companies across resources, energy transition and technology.
We help high-potential companies build clear investment narratives and connect with quality capital. Since launching in 2020, we have built a strong reputation for senior access, high-quality work and consistent client outcomes.
We operate at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets strategy and corporate communications. Our clients span Australia, North America and Europe.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented communicator who wants to build a career at the intersection of capital markets and corporate storytelling.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will support delivery across a portfolio of ASX-listed clients, contribute to investor communications and content, and develop the skills and relationships that form the foundation of a strong IR career.
You do not need years of experience. You need to be sharp, a strong writer, and genuinely interested in how listed companies communicate with investors.
What You'll Do
- Client delivery: Support day-to-day execution across a portfolio of ASX-listed clients. Assist with coordination of investor materials, announcements, roadshows and investor engagement activity. Help manage client timelines, action items and follow-through. Maintain investor databases and monitor market and peer activity.
- Content and communications: Draft and edit investor-facing materials including announcements, presentations, factsheets and Q&A documents. Contribute to social media content, blog posts and newsletters. Assist with digital content scheduling and distribution across LinkedIn, X and other platforms. Support production of video interviews and webinars, including briefing coordination, logistics and post-production distribution.
- Media relations and monitoring: Assist with media coordination including drafting and distributing media releases and supporting journalist enquiries. Monitor media coverage across print, digital and broadcast. Compile and deliver regular media monitoring reports to clients.
- Events and logistics: Support coordination of investor events, roadshows and industry conferences. Assist with venue sourcing, attendee management, run sheets and on-the-day logistics. Contribute to post-event content and follow-up communications. Help bring Investability's flagship events to life with careful planning and attention to detail.
- Internal operations: Support the senior team with research, reporting and workflow coordination. Contribute to CRM management and content calendars. Help maintain the standards and systems that keep client delivery on track.
Who This Role Suits
You may currently be:
- A recent graduate in finance, economics, communications or journalism looking for your first substantive role
- An early-career professional at a financial PR or communications agency looking for a more markets-focused environment
- Someone with a strong interest in ASX markets who has been looking for the right entry point
We are not looking for the most experienced candidate in the room. We are looking for someone who is hungry, writes well, picks things up quickly and takes ownership of their work.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — clear, concise and accurate
- Genuine curiosity about capital markets, listed companies and investor behaviour
- High attention to detail and strong organisational habits
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without hand-holding
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ASX markets or listed company environments
- Experience in financial PR, media relations or corporate communications
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Monday.com, LinkedIn or email marketing platforms
- An interest in resources, energy transition or emerging sectors
Why Join Investability
- Fast-growing, meritocratic firm with a clear development pathway — ability and hard work are rewarded
- Direct access to C-suite executives and exposure to high-quality companies and capital markets transactions across thriving industry sectors
- A broad role that builds your skillset quickly — you will have the authority to direct your own work and point directly to your contribution
- Mentorship from senior IR professionals and the Founder in a small, dynamic team where you will learn more than you would at a larger firm
- Remote-first with flexible working arrangements
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
