Senior Mobile Developer

React Native / Expo · Full-time · Remote (Can be in any country)

About the role

We’re a small team building a B2B SaaS product our customers rely on every day.

You’ll own the mobile app end-to-end, from early ideas through to what ships in production.

Most of your time will be spent building in React Native and Expo.

There’s no dedicated product or design layer. You’ll be involved in shaping what we build, how it

works, and how it feels to use.

We move fast, keep the team small, and expect people to take real ownership.

What you’ll doOwn the mobile app

● Lead development of our React Native and Expo app on iOS and Android

● Make decisions on architecture, structure, and tooling

● Ship features end-to-end and keep the app fast and reliable

Shape what we build

● Get involved early when we’re figuring out what to build

● Turn rough ideas into simple, usable product decisions

● Think through flows, edge cases, and the details that make the product feel solid

Work across the stack when needed

● Work comfortably in our monorepo across mobile, backend, and web

● Jump into backend or web code when it helps move things forward

● Build and maintain integrations across systems, especially around our Convex backend

What we’re looking for

● 5–8+ years of experience building software

● Strong experience shipping React Native or Expo apps to production

● Deep familiarity with the Expo ecosystem, including EAS, OTA updates, routing, and

native modules

● Solid TypeScript skills

● Comfortable working in a full-stack TypeScript codebase

● Experience building products used by customers day-to-day

Nice to have:

● Experience with Convex or similar realtime or event-driven systems

● Experience working on small, fast-moving teams
