Mortgage Broker Industry Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

Frensei Innovation Labs is an AI startup building a product for the mortgage and insurance broking industry. We are seeking an experienced industry professional to provide practical insights and help ensure our product aligns with real-world broker workflows.

This is a consulting role focused on feedback and industry expertise. It is not a sales position.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review product concepts and provide actionable, honest feedback
• Participate in periodic team calls to discuss product direction
• Share insights on broker workflows, commissions, and operations
• Introduce relevant industry professionals for research conversations
• Identify gaps between product design and real-world usage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a mortgage broker, finance broker, or brokerage support professional
• Strong understanding of broker commission structures and business operations
• Experience in Australia, Ireland, or the United Kingdom markets
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with mortgage or insurance broking tools and systems
• Strong professional network within the broking industry
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies
