The Role & Responsibilities

• Design with purpose: focus on outcomes that create measurable value for both customers and the business.
• Craft exceptional experiences: design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces and iterate quickly to test and refine.
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align on goals and deliver.
• Champion user needs: incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders into every iteration.

Your Experience

• A portfolio that highlights your contributions to enterprise-level product design.
• Strong experience with Figma (and you’re comfortable with prototyping features).
• 3–5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and human-centred processes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
